Homebuyers
With the Homes.com app you’ll have access to homes for sale and rent, easy access to the listing agent’s contact information, the most detailed information about neighborhoods and schools, a robust directory to find qualified buyer agents specializing in your search, mortgage calculators, home value estimates from 4 sources, historical photos, and the most advanced collaboration tools around to easily co-shop with friends, family and the agent you choose to work with.

Agents
Homes.com helps agents provide best-in-class service, build their brand and streamline their business. Homes Pro is built as an extension to Homes.com to provide free tools to agents to collaborate with clients in one central place.

The tools included in Homes Pro help agents provide exceptional service that help guide homebuyers to finding their next home. Agents can easily manage their leads, collaborate with clients, and review feedback in real time. Agents can also share listings directly to their social media platforms and create CMAs for home buyers and sellers directly from Homes.com.

A redefined Agent Directory allows agents to showcase their expertise and attract new clients by showcasing listing history, volume sold and specific areas that they focus on. An agent’s profile showcases even more with a detailed bio, awards, photos, videos and so much more to stand out to homebuyers.

Bring Homesnap features back to Agents

Ceader on

United States

Since Homes.com has purchased Homesnap, all agents were encouraged to make this USELES transition. This product is inferior to its predecessor, specifically when it comes to Agent features. It is clear that this app & creators have zero intention of fixing this ongoing problem, as it has been made well-known since the beginning. Since I have now determined that this app is completely useless to me. I am now deleting. If I were you, I would not recommend downloading for use as an agent. Lastly, if you are shopping for homes, connect with your local agent, they have their own website/app. They will likely provide more value than the above.

When it’s actually working, this app is good

Shaners_CA on

There seem to be constant bug issues with this app. I’ve tried to log in over the past week and every time it says “cannot sign in. Try again later”. When it actually works, it’s a good app. But right now, it’s a waste of time.

Best Home-Buying App!!!

Jelena_r93 on

I absolutely love using the Homes.com app! The content is fantastic, especially the detailed neighborhood overviews. It’s incredibly easy to view, favorite, and share properties. A standout feature is the direct connection with the listing agent, making the process much more efficient compared to other portals. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for a new home.

Property lines and color code listing

imhoReviewer on

Ok Homesnap is gone and never coming back, but homes.com could really use some ideas from them - the property map with boundary lines and icon colors matching various property conditions like for sale or contingent, please!
