can’t use at all

Paid subscription but no access

I have tried to contact support. My subscription is paid every month but I don’t have access for the last two weeks. What isn’t it working ? Thanks

Useless

Useless app, only floor and one wall, very limited space. It said I can add my own photo in the description, but there is no option to add. Disappointed…

Horribly unintuitive interface. Poor feature set

Could not work out why it would not let me place the furniture in the test room it started up with. It kept prompting me to sign up for the premium plans when I picked the 3 sample furniture pieces that had a tick mark on them. Turns out they are the premium pieces, but no feedback to tell you why the pop ups came up. Also, ticking the premium pieces is patently opposite of what anyone trying out a free plan would think. A tick means it’s ok to choose. If it is something that isn’t available at the time, grey it out. Also, there are no option to upload or take a photo of a room and style it. Gave it a few minutes and deleted it.

Biggest piece of hard to use garbage

Plzzzzz add these things back into the app!!

I came back to this app after a year only to find that you can’t paint the walls anymore and you can only pick out of like 10 rooms instead of around 20+ per catagory. Also, you can’t change the floor anymore and the entire wall lettering section has been removed. The new set up is ok, but I really miss these elements and I’m very disappointed and sad. Plz add these things back in, even if they’re ’new and improved’ or whatever. Thank you for the mostly great app and really hope to see those options back in the app. I think it will definitely make Homestyler worth those 5 stars.
