Can’t even open the app

Booking Nightmare!

Try navigating to book the East Villa and you know what I mean. 😡

Need to review UX/UI of app

There must a clearer way to immediately access more popular actions like booking of chalets (on main page) instead of clicking on other tabs. The icons to click on need to be bigger and mobile-friendly. Also, tried to add family members for my membership but when I keyed in the details and the keyed in the OTP that we received, we were told that it was “invalid”. What’s wrong?

Payment gateway issues

I truly thought after 1 year , they have solve the issue and bugs . Looks like no one gives a damn making the app more efficient. Still the same issue and loading damn slow . The push notifications with bank also never came . Wake the f up .

Prompt to join wifi

The app prompts to join wifi continuously which make any sort of transaction impossible to get across. Using Iphone.

The worst app I have encountered.

The app kept prompting you to join their WIFI when you tried to book a facility at their venue. I mean, the app will relentlessly prompt even if you cancel it. When you attempt to join the wifi, it will timeout and fail. The whole cycle starts again. OMG.

Horrible Apps

It will just keep loading and stuck while requesting you to complete all the TERMS and Conditions for all the facilities that i tried. I deleted this apps immediately.

Useless app

The app can’t even do anything. UI is frozen and there is nothing u can do about it

To join Hometeam Wifi

When entering the app, it kept requesting to join the Hometeam wifi though we reject the request. Very annoying.
