App is trash can’t send messages, calls don’t have quality and the sound is awful. Need to enhance and step it up stop being cheap guys.

I am trying to add funds on the app and have tried to add them on the phone and I’m having a error message. This has been going on for an hour. It’s so inconvenient because I can’t even talk to my loved one.

I signed up, downloaded the app, and put money on the acct. I talked to him twice and texted once. It will not let me sign in today????

this app is horribly glitchy, I can’t even update my account information in it. It just continues to buffer. This app is horrible and really needs an update.

This is an app full of glitches but is unfortunately the only one of its type used by our country jail. (I WILL say, however, that the support team is very good about getting back to you.) The same thing happens over and over. I can’t text the person nor receive their texts. That has happened multiple times despite my following instructions to fix that bug. And many times, their call doesn’t not come through. The call comes in but one or the other of us can’t hear each other. I appreciate being able to have any contact, but truthfully, I wish they could just make a collect phone call to us over the regular phone system. This is giving me major anxiety in a situation in which I already have enough of that.

This app is total garbage and messes up all the time and I wish it had negative stars cause I would give it that rating. I really hope someone else comes up with a better app because their IT department must be terrible.

I like it but lately when I get a call it logs me off

I tried putting my real password and Gmail but didn’t work

This app logs you out when you put money on your account, but allows you to stay logged in for days with no money on your account, once you get a call from inmate is when you realize you been logged out by this app, it’s so backwards. The video quality was great at first but now you can hardly see video and your loved one complains about video pausing while chatting but everything looks good on your end. This is terrible. Stop logging me out and sending error messages for no apparent reason. Fix the bugs or whatever current issues.

This app does not work! Every time I receive a message, I can not open it. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. That will SOMETIMES correct the problem so I can open the message.
