團體課程
有別於大班團體課程，小班制更有益於專注每位學員在體態或體力上的提升，課程內容安排多元，例如:皮拉提斯、空中瑜珈、壺鈴、TRX、Zumba、Boxing等等，等您來探索，歡迎上班族結伴開課。
個人教練
一對一指導課程:
無分年齡，改善身體肌肉失衡，增加肌力、運動表現提升；加以飲食建議，達成效果。如您有下背不適，肩頸緊繃等情況，專業教練都能設計適合您的放鬆舒緩訓練課程。
HOMI健身所 150坪大空間，乾濕分離衛浴、頂級健身器材、開闊休息區，是一個舒適、溫暖、充滿熱情與歡迎交流的健身大家庭。
系統及技術支援由BookFast POS智能場館系統顧問提供。
