They charge whatever they want in Greece . Don’t use them

The app doesn’t let you park the scooter and it charges you per minute that you use it. It wouldn’t let me park for 20 minutes, the app just kept saying ‘no parking zone’ even though there were other scooters there. I will never use them again

I used it couple of times when i was in Ankara. Although it was really expensive to use the devices we tried but we didnt like. Then i wanted to delete the app but first i wanted to deactivate my account. But it needs approval from a team which violates my rights. Then they stop responding when i say i want delete the account. Worst app ever. Probably they are using our data that’s why. They need to be reported.

Name was not recognized with special characters. Error messages are misleading. Other than that, scooters need maintanance, back lights are not available, brakes are poor.

This app is highly unusable, wouldn’t let us add our cards or ride upside down. We were promised a flawless and effortless ride, but instead, we are stood on the pavement, in our shoes. Also it is very hot and sweaty in this country, so another reason to not use this ridiculously pointless smelly app.

Cannot set payment up!!! I downloaded the app no problem and set my payment up. My friend tried to do exactly the same (when you click add a card). It just gives you a blank screen with nothing on it. Really poor experience and I’ve now wasted €1. What a rubbish app!

Initially worked. Accepted payment, now stopped and despite trying multiple cards all say not supported. Beam scooters work, seems to be a problem with uk debit / credit cards, so probably best avoid until fixed

Arkadaşlar taksiye binmenizi tavsiye ederim çok kötü bir uygulama. 3kmlik yer için 240₺ ödedim ve evimden 1 km geride inmek zorunda kaldım yine yürümek zorunda kaldım 25₺ verip dolmuşa binseydim evimin önünde inerdim bide bu kadar perişan olmazdım. Resmen rezillik çektim tavsiye etmiyorum!!!
