HOP Remit - Send Money Abroad

It says email is required but there isn’t a field to enter an email!!!

I have downloaded app and follow steps to create an account.but surprisingly I was unable to create an account. The reason behind it, email address is missing, however there is no field where you can add an email.

I would say three things about MoneyHop. 1. Don’t trust 2. Don’t trust 3. Don’t trust If you’re willing to make an urgent transaction, don’t trust moneyhop at all. They would keep your money with them for weeks and would then let you know that the transaction is declined and will refund you your money that too deducting some good amount of your hard earned money after giving pain for weeks. Also the customer service is the worst, their representatives got no information, everytime you ask them about something they would tell you they will check it and it takes them 2-3 days just to answer small questions lol. I think these people are scamming customers with small amounts everyday, don’t trust this company at all.

They transfer at much higher rate than what is being shown in the App and website.In my case there was a difference of INR 1 in what was shown and remitted.

I am waiting for my refund since 2 weeks today as of (02/06/2023). Worst customer service.. when I called and said my query they put your call on hold and cut the call and never lift back…

This is the worst app i’ve ever used on my phone as it keeps on crashing every now and then and on top of it the initial verification part fails every time for no reason. Too many bugs in the app ! I won’t recommend anyone to use this app and waste their time just to see an error popped up on their screen after 10 min of struggling.
