I can see the app seems to be rated at 2 1/2 stars Customer Service. This app is the best thing I’ve ever seen in a gambling site. The reason might be rated low, it’s because it’s very thorough app and takes a couple of days to get started with wood rolls providing documentation is easy and it reduces this time and I got direct emails to and from the company

Ive just spent over £120 on this app an it didn’t even give me q bonus once i didn’t even get my welcome bonus

Logged in to my account on 13/09/22. I’ve been given literally £100 in free bets. The site wouldn’t let me use them. Went on chat, I spoke to man called Colin. He asked for proof. I gave him screenshots of the bets. They expire on 06/09/22. He then told me they expired in 3 days of receiving them. When they had more than 3 more weeks to run. Complained. He then kept asking for proof. Shown him. He then said there expired. I asked to put a official complaint in. I haven’t heard back from them now. But I’ve looked the free bets are still there. But on my account. They’ve changed the dates on all of them to 06/08/22. And it says there reversed. This app is an absolute disgrace. I wouldn’t use them ever again. My account will be deleted immediately after getting the complaint back. I’ve been told by someone on chat previously. As I’ve had problems with them before that Karamba, Bettarget and Betiton are the same company. So avoid all of those.
