Poor Performance
This app seems to only barely work on a WiFi connection. Connecting through my data plan, only the login page loads. Once I login, 90% of the time the only navigation shows up at the bottom and my name at the top. I am currently at the Family Weekend event and I have full bars on 5G UC through T-Mobile. At first, I thought it was due to the last iOS update that occurred on 9/16/24, but then I saw a performance update for this app occurred on 9/21/24 (says 1 week at the time of this review). To confirm, the app performance was still poor before the iOS and Hopkins Group updates. I can also confirm it is not due to the T-Mobile towers because the performance was still an issue when on the T-Mobile network on the West Coast. If you like, you can say the issue is my phone model, which is an iPhone 12 Pro. If that is the case, please update the Phone Compatibility to include Phone Models and NOT just Phone iOS. The only upside is the app is free.
