Had to go to 4 parking stations before I could park and was charged 18.5 euros for a 3.5 euro trip that took 3 times longer than walking 😡

Only travelled a short distance and was charged over €7. It’s cheaper in a taxi

Expensive cost me €8 and I rode about a mile from first destination

Unlocked the scooter, it didn’t work. Put it back after 1 minute. Got charged for the ride even if it was 1 minute long and put back into original place. Contacted support but haven’t received any answer. Bad app…

Scooters are highly available in Corralejo, however they are not cheap to use.

I have no idea how this app has such high ratings for how bad it is. Constantly we’ve had issues with payment using Applepay where the ride stops working midway through the journey claiming we’ve ran out of balance but still charges our banks anyway once we finish the journey. It’s also very expensive compared to the alternative scooter hire we use across Europe. When we’ve contacted support we’ve never had a reply, they just refund it which is great but leaves customer service to be desired. The map panning is slow because it loads in new elements every time you pan it making it borderline unusable unless you’re on a solid internet connection.

I paid for a subscription to use the scooters for my family once we had finished I noticed they had taken a lot of money out of my bank I then noticed that we had used up all of our subscription and in the app there is an auto top up button that is automatically set to on, so they were charging me without my knowledge absolute scam if you use this services make sure you turn the auto pay to off daylight robbery will never use again!!!!

I rarely leave reviews, but this one really disappoint me. I got overcharged on the exactly same route as my partner who was charged completely different amount. Emailed twice, customer service is non-existent. I won’t use again.
