1) Create an account
Signing up, filling in your profile and uploading necessary documents takes only a couple of minutes of your time. The approval process then takes less than 24 hours.
2) Choose your car
Pick whichever car fits your need, choose the time of your rental and select your pickup location. All you have to do now is to wait for the approval from the owner. We recommend requesting multiple cars in case of some owners being busy. Finally, payment for the rental happens through app. You pay only for the car that has approved your rental first.
3) Pick up your car or have it delivered to your doorstep
Communicate with the car owner via the HoppyGo app. Then meet the owner, go through the handover procedure and hit the road. You don’t have to worry, all rentals are insured to cover both drivers and owners.

2) Fill in the rental details

Communicate with a driver beforehand and upload photos while handing the keys over for insurance purposes. You don’t have to worry, all rentals are insured to cover both drivers and owners.
4) Collect the money
The money arrives to your bank account in less than a week after the rental is finished.

Good service but a really bad app
Extremely buggy. It forever to load anything. I can't even se my profile picture.
Lot of bugs
I’m using the app for the first time. The idea is great but the app is slow and has many bugs. I couldn’t use my discount code because it says “discount code doesn’t exist”. Also short on cars availability. We don’t have many options :( Let’s see how it goes by the end of the reservation.

Sluzby dobry, ale aplikace na nic
- Nepouzitelny chat, pokazdy musim aplikaci sestrelit a otevrit znova aby se me nacetla nova zprava po notifikaci - Krome dostupne/nedostupne vozidlo, me tam chybi neco jako "nedostupne pro prevzeti/predani" pro situace kdy auto stoji, ale ten den jsem pryc.
