Disappointing
First off let me say I am (or rather was) personally a fan of the Hopster app. My son enjoyed the free version so much I decided to pay to unlock everything on my iPhone as my information is already in my phone. I figured I would pay for the app on my phone and install the app on his tablet because I don’t feel comfortable with him on my phone. When I installed the app on his tablet it told me the subscription was inactive and asked for payment information, I didn’t feel comfortable doing this because the app is unlocked and functional on my phone. I double checked that the application was payed for from my billing information. However when I tried to sign in online on their actual website I got the same message saying the subscription was inactive. There was a q&a page were hopster does state that you can have an account on multiple devices so I tried to click on the help button on their website only for me to get a page saying the help option no longer existed. I am disappointed and at a loss what to do to resolve this issue.

This is literally the most horrendously designed app I have had the displeasure to interact with. I don’t care what content it has on it since you can’t find any of it, and when you do it’s broken!
I get that it’s meant to be appealing to kids, so some dunce thought it made sense to organize its content like an unsorted toy box, but it’s pretty much made in such a way as to reduce any brain functions to the level of “clicking on pretty pictures”. Not letting my kid use this app regardless of it being “add free”.
Fix the games bring them back
Love this app for my 2 year old he loves everything but recently all the game but 1 is gone and I’m not understanding why it hasn’t been fixed yet it’s been about 2 months we can’t play any games but paying full price monthly

Been paying for a subscription for about a year I believe. My son loves this app… when it works. Lately all of the games but one won’t work. The books and videos also disappear often. I’ve been waiting a month for SOME kind of reply from their email support, but heard nothing back. Very disappointed…

Don’t tell my kids about having 2 moms or 2 dads. That is completely unacceptable for a 4 yr olds mind. We are a Christian family who in no way shape or form feel that talking about this with a toddler is uncalled for.
3 Year Old Loves It
As a mom, I always wanted my daughter that is 3 to be a smart and healthy girl. She needed an app to unleash her imagination. Of course, I also teach her things that she has to know in life. Then, we found Hopster. She was using Hopster for about a year and it really impressed me. She was learning Piano and things that are helpful in School, and literature. This app is an awesome learning app and I hope that my next child enjoys it too! Thanks a lot, Hopster!

Includes LGBT topics - leave the kids alone
Please stop including these types of topics in kids apps. They shouldn’t have to worry about adult topics
