Horizon Bank Mobile Banking

Needs updating, very slow to load and open this past month.

It’s a well made and formatted app but slow loading rates like unbelievably slow half the time I load it with insane internet and good data gets annoying easily.

This app is easy to navigate. I pay bills with it transfer money send money. It’s extremely safe. This was updated last year and it’s great.

Not straight forward to find Zelle,otherwise great app

It’s a fast and easy way to check my balances and transfer funds between my accounts. The mobile check deposit is a great feature too that saves time and works great.

So simple a child can use it

I love your app because it’s simple and easy and quick. The only thing I don’t like is how you don’t allow people to send money transfers to others who also have Horizon accounts like we were able to do before the latest update. Still, I think your app is wonderful and easy to use and to navigate. I’m not so great with tech things but one doesn’t need to be to work with your app. Thank you.

I find that handling my accounts on line very helpful except for one BIG problem. I have a number of accounts that are through Chase Card services. You USED to list them with an account number; however, you stopped doing that, so now I have to use a paper bill and a stamp to send some bills out. I am thinking about switching banks because of that. Mary Ann Jensen
