I really like the spirit of this app and want to get behind it. But I’m finding it’s been lagging and freezing a lot when trying to add products, the packaging and completing products. The only way to fix it is to force quit the app. It happens about half the time I’m using it I think.
A really great idea for an app. But it’s so buggy I can barely load it! When I have been able to load it, it recognised very few items. Hopefully this can be fixed as I would find the app really useful.

This is an amazing app that really does help with recycling and if you encounter any issues then they fix it really fast! Amazing app and cause!
It’s a good app and really helpful the first handful of times using it. But once you know the materials you can recycle, I found I didn’t need it any longer. There needs to be a grander purpose of the app to keep me using it.
Love the way this app works. I use a lot of plastic for my food shop and it feels good to know that I can make a small difference.
I’ve tried a few different postcodes in different LAs but none of them worked. Even the manual selection wouldn’t let me pick the ones I’ve tried (Edinburgh, West Lothian or Moray). Is Scotland officially supported at all?
The concept of the app is brilliant, I would love to be able to use it however everything is sort of off center. The whole UI is slightly to the right and on some menus you can’t scroll horizontally, for example on the home page the buttons at the bottom. For reference, I’m an iPhone 11, I did also have the app on my iPhone 6 and that was fine but since moving to the iPhone 11 everything seems to be a little off. - iPhone 11 User
I love this app and think it’s such a great idea, however when trying to add a new product or new packaging, the app just doesn’t want to save or let you add to how much you have recycled! Would be great to get a fix for this soon!
I love the idea of this app but when scanning certain items I know (and have proof) my local recycling do, it tells me to throw them away! Not accurate or the point of the app! Also, when scanning glass, although I cannot put this in my recycle bin I do take it to a bottle bank but the app tells me to throw it away instead of encouraging people to use alternative recycling methods available to them! Please update!!
