it keeps charging me money and i can't figure out how to get rid of my membership

It forces you to pay a “one time fee” that it repeatedly takes every so often. This app is a scam!!! Don’t use it.

I was double charged for this app do not download it and it was a free trial and I still was charged also I never even received the actually chart I’ve tried to get a refund and have gotten a run around I tried to get a refund through apple but they said you have to talk to the developer of the app and that is the only way however I read in the comments the response from the creator saying they don’t have the ability to give a refund so it’s a whole run around just to take your money and scam you

This app was downloaded on my phone. My child paid for it immediately after seeing it I contacted the developer asked for a refund explain to them, but my four year-old is the one that got it and download it. Then they refused to give me the refund back they took the last $26 out of my account that I had

I got this app and it was fine then it asked if i wanted to do a FREE TRIAL well it’s not so free. The app keeps trying to charge me even after i canceled it and i even DELETED the app. it’s still trying to charge me and i can’t get any apps because it tells me i have insufficient funds because i don’t wanna pay 40 for an app i don’t have anymore. im tired of it and i dont know how to fix it.

I paid for the 1.00 trial and out of that this app instantly rolled me in for a 49.00 subscription fee at the end of trail. Then on top of that wants me to pay for the extra features through a free trail that at the end will be additional 9.99 like really 60.00 bucks amount for what? Oh and the they want it to be on automatic payments and I have to go through crazy hoops to cancel all of this. Don’t do it it’s a scam

I saw an add for this app and thought it would be interesting to try out! It said 3 day free trail “no payment needed at this time” still made me put in my Apple ID and I assumed it would charge me the $24.99 after the trail was over and it proceeded to withdraw money from my account anyway! I’m not sure if there’s a way to dispute this but very disappointed :(

Don’t feel out the scroll because it will automatically charge a 4$ right off the bat and I am still trying to figure out how to cancel the app since it didn’t leave a single sign of itself on my screen top

The app is listing my sun sign as aquarius and pisces. It can’t be both?
