Messed Up Placement

It fails to serve its most basic purpose which is showing accurate placements. It can’t even tell correctly which sign rules my sun based on birthdate info I provided. Nothing’s special about the reading anyways, you can just google it instead of installing this app. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

First, they charged my credit card for a month subscription without giving free trial. Second, ok I have paid for one month, but they don’t give me the service after I do cancellation. They supposed to give me access because payment has been made. If you don’t want to give me access for one month its fine, as long as I get my money back.
