Barely works

As we travel to various shows that use tracker apps, I have to say that I dread when Horse Show Tracker is used. It is slow, doesn’t keep track of leaders or say how many are coming back for the next go. Sidekick is a far superior app.

Can’t get into the app

When i download the app I clicked on it and automatically went back to my Home Screen!

App force closes

Downloaded on 3 different Apple devices and app won’t open on any of them.

Crashes

Three years of trying to get this app to work. Not happening for me in 2023 as it still will not let me open app even after multiple attempts. 😖

Can’t even open the app it crashes every time I try to open it. Someone needs to fix this!

Never works

I got to QH shows where the tracker is used all the time. It never works on my IOS phone and is always closing out. It’s frustrating to hear that something’s been posted to the tracker but I can look at it without going through the website. I think it needs an update or something. Very frustrated.

Won’t work

Installed this app on my iPad. Downloaded fine but as soon as I tried to open it, it immediately shut down. After multiple attempts I deleted it and downloaded it again and the same thing happened again.

Won’t open

Really wanted this app, it will not open. Tried deleting and Downloading again. Still didn’t work. Maybe it’s just my phone. :(

Great all...but recent issue with iPhone

Hello, used this app a lot since it came out. Show multiple times a month and it has worked very well. However, this last weekend, on my iPhone 11 Pro Max, the app started to close before I could ever use it? It will flash the blue title screen, show the disclaimer that asks you to agree, then it will abruptly close? I deleted the app, restarted the phone, reloaded the app and it keeps doing the same thing? I’ve got shows coming up again this weekend and I’m hoping there is an update or a patch available for this issue. The app is invaluable for what we do. Thanks!
