If you are not able to go see the horse, check registration, ride it, get X-rays with a complete vet check do not buy the horse! Videos make it appear you’ll get an amazing horse, but in reality what you get can be completely different.

this app looked decent enough to buy from. I recently just finished college and was looking for a horse I spend a decent amount of money on a 11 year old gelding. the owners were helpful and gave me medication because he had a minor cold. I ended up waiting an extra week so he could recover for the road to CO. He ended up fine. He had some quirks but overall a good boy. He ended up being 9 instead of 11 but I’m decently happy with my choices. But readers listen to me. Be very careful about who you buy from on this app. For beginners I would HIGHLY recommend going to ranchworldads.com Thank you!

This doesn’t have anything to do with their app, but we have been trying to get a horse listed for a few months and get the run around everytime we try to contact the staff.

Cannot make contact with horse bid

I moved from Alaska to NJ and was looking for a horse to buy. It appeared many were through this auction. I was led to believe all the sellers were vetted and reputable. I also thought the horses would be healthy. I spent a good deal of money on a nice little mare. She has ringbone in both legs and now I’m looking at surgery for her.

I was sold a “kids horse “ on this site/app that was drugged at the time of the videos and when I picked him up. Once it came around it was a bucker and not suitable for anyone. Stay off this site and away from Rachel Sanders horses.

Bought a horse through this auction site. The horse was 16, not 11 as advertised. The horse bucks and has not a ranch hand. He will not stand for the farrier and needs to be medicated to get his feet trimmed. Tried communicating these issues with the auction organizer so they no longer work with the fraudulent owner, but they wouldn’t even respond to my message. This site seems to full of people flipping horses. Be careful.

Love the horse, and the person whom I purchased from. Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to get a bill of sale. Not what I consider good business practice.
