Absolutely Hopeless Reset Process
The automated email takes forever to work. By the time you receive it, you have tried again by email and phone so the one you get no longer works
Only occasionally works
In the 6-12 months I’ve used this app it’s had extended periods (weeks- months) when it won’t open. Message is ‘an unexpected error has occurred, try again’ support says to try deleting and reloading. Usually doesn’t fix it. It’s a handy app when it works - but for me that’s too infrequent
Maintenance?
Over 14 hours outage today due to maintenance. What on earth is going on? If this was a bank app there would be an inquiry. Sort it out now!

Very impressive app and feature rich. I rarely login via a laptop anymore. Well done
Facial ID
What’s happened to the facial recognition? My APP went from facial security back to a Pin for no apparent reason. Clicking Facial ID in settings doesn’t fix it.
It’s ok
This app is pretty good but EVERY time there is an update it forgets my login details, which I just find annoying.
