So helpful
With work hours, it has been difficult to go to my yoga classes. But this app has been a life saver. I love it. I could choose different t workouts depending on how I feel that day. I particularly like Maya G’s classes.

Your online on demand classes have transformed my mind, body and spirit. At 59 years old I have truly never felt better. Grateful. Joyful.
I live in hawaii now and so there are no classes like this with the same intensity and also we don’t have Nancy here . She is the best! Suzanne
I’m so impressed with the quality of the live stream videos that Hot 8 puts out. There is SO much content on the app w/ short bursts, 30, 45, and 60 minute classes of all different types (sculpt, barre, power, yin etc). Something on here for every mood I’m in. Can’t recommend it enough!
Love this app. Simple and clean, it's made working out during this pandemic easy. Plus, the classes are amazing! Each instructor is so wonderful and motivational. You'll get hooked!
Hot 8 On Demand is the next best thing to in studio. It is getting me through this crazy time - sweat, peace, and joy.
I’m a former Los Angeles yogini who has been riding out COVID in rural South Carolina, and Hot 8 streaming classes have been a godsend for me. I love the app and the instructors, and now I’m also addicted to yoga barre!
Hot 8 style is quite different: each class will have a trainer talking at the front (near the camera), and the person actually doing the workout further in the back. I find it quite distracting and hard to follow. Look forward to the new updates where the trainers could either join in on the workout; or the camera would focus on the actual moves rather than talks/instruction. Nice music though!
