I just finished the last hotel, and now I can’t open to play further, collect gems or money.

Don’t Get what you pay for
Love the game. But I made an in app purchase and never got the items I payed for
Too many customers, so little time.
Upgraded 100% even with the insane amount of gems you have to spend. Then 7 customers at once, 4 rooms and each guest takes a minute to leave. But each guest waiting for a room can’t wait for more than 10 seconds before they get angry. Need ONLY 11 smiles? Too bad. You get 4, because they order 2 things and stay for more than a minute. Fun while it lasted. Every game like this ends up being the same, it’s just sad honestly. Hopefully you will take this into consideration! Very pay to win.

I really like the game, but the christmas-updates just takes your focus away and makes you want to throw your device at the wall. Please, dont destroy a good game with idiotic updates like that.
