I don’t know how this game has such high ratings
It gets boring fast and every time it gives you the option to watch an ad or continue by tapping “no thanks” it forces you to watch the ad anyway. Sometimes if you tap on one tiny little spot below “no thanks” it will let you continue, but other times it doesn’t matter what you do. You’re watching the ad. Deleting this now.

I feel like this game needs more
It’s as advertised. The graphics are done well. So that kept you from getting as low as 1 star. Only, what is the rewarded “money” for? Is it just for skins (changing your concierge to a different person)? If so, I don’t see any other skins or their prices, so I have no idea. And if the money can only be used to buy skins, that’s a bit boring. Also, that V.I.P offer sounds super fishy to me. You are asking people for $8 a week!! And that’s just to give them free skins and more money to buy skins. And you remove the ads. That’s it. That seems way too expensive just to remove ads. Especially for the basic game that you’re getting. I’m in my 3rd or 4th hotel, not that can I tell a difference, except for the different challenges (fire, ghosts, stink bombs). So I feel like there’s no real challenge. It’s just making us spin in a hamster wheel. And that’s why the whole thing seems super sketchy to me. I’ll hold on to it for another month and if there no update giving us more, I’m deleting it.
