Service inadéquat

J’ai eu, il y a peu de temps, un différend avec Hotel.com. Malgré plusieurs discussions avec des représentants (j’ai gardé entre autres les copies de clavardage), on n’a jamais réglé mon problème (même si on m’assurait que ce serait fait) ni assuré de suivi, et ce, même après plusieurs relances de ma part.

Pure Cr*p App

Maybe it’s something in my privacy settings that this crappy app needs to barely function. If so, there’s zero notifications. Only ridiculous ‘Sorry about that’ pages at every turn. It produces ZERO results for Cabo. Uh ok.

Broken App

Have been using the app for years, but just logged in again after not using for a few months and nothing works. Search does not bring up destination address results, hotel suggestions bring up errors when clicking on properties. Can’t do anything with this (my phone is fine it’s brand new).
