The original app was aesthetic and functional super user friendly. The new app is a nightmare I can’t book on to classes. I can’t see how many credits I have left. Really surprised nothings been done to resolve this after 1 month of issues.

I have to keep installing and uninstalling app with user error message! Previous app was so easy. How can a new app update with today’s technology go so wrong.

I think the 2.3 star rating is massively over generous. I am a long standing member and find this app offensive. What on earth were your user acceptance testers doing? Terrible and a very poor reflection on an otherwise wonderful service.

Please look into this or simply revert to old app it is not functional

Old app was great. Visually stunning and user friendly. With this update navigation is difficult, dull colours blend into one PLUS the app keeps logging me out! Meaning everything I go back into the app i have to enter my log ins over and over. Disappointing. Bring the old app back - there was nothing wrong with it - why did something that isn’t broken?

Previous version of the app was amazing. Much more intuitive and a lot more aesthetically pleasing. Newest update is riddled with bugs, keeps logging me out, gives me errors when trying to log in, tells me I’ve not got a sufficient membership to book a class even though I do. Why make such a drastic change to something that worked really well and was so seamless?

The latest release has been very disappointing. It was previously really easy to use and navigate, but I find this new interface really difficult to navigate, hate the colour and the app logs me out constantly. I’ll go back to using the web version.

If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. New app is rubbish. Doesn’t remember my preferred studio or password. Much less easy to navigate. Pants.

To be clear I love Hotpod yoga but this new app is really disappointing. The old app was excellent -really easy and intuitive to use, the colour coded classes were clear to see, it was visually interesting and mirrored the vibe of the pod/studio. This ‘fresh new look’ is dull to look at, text heavy, difficult to navigate and has various bugs. Keeps logging users out, there’s no way of seeing how many classes are left on a membership. What used to be any easy interface that was enjoyable to use has been ruined and reflects badly on the product as a whole.

Attractive design BUT how can I see how many classes I’ve got left on my membership? A record of previous classes booked and calendar integration would be great!
