Parking

Love the app and to pay for parking is very convenient, love it!

Glitchy

I pressed the park button multiple times but it didn’t register the session. Why am I paying every month for an app that gives me parking tickets? 😅

I love this app!

It is simple to use and I have yet to find a place where I cannot use it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have two vehicles registered to one account and I cannot park both at once using the app. I tried to get a different account set up for the second vehicle but was not able to do so.

App often glitches

I’ve had the app for only a few weeks for work parking and have found it to be glitchy for most of this period. Slow load time or just complete closure of the app before being able to complete parking

Useless

Every time I take a picture to submit documentation it kicks me back to the beginning with nothing entered and I have to start over. And I have to keep taking pictures because it won't let me access my photo library to use a picture I've already taken. You also can't update your email. On their website it just spins forever, and on the app, it just says "Sorry". No error message, no explanation.

Hotspot app

I downloaded the app, put my information in, parked my car and got a parking ticket anyway! I called costumer service they said I didn’t submit which parking spot and how much? I did in fact put all the information in and submitted it. Long story short, HotSpot didn’t work for me. I need but with a $45 parking ticket. They did refund my month however I deleted the app as I found it useless.

Trash

This app shows my city but the drivers are saying that they don’t accept the bus pass purchased in the app. They don’t refund the useless pass either. Don’t even bother calling them. The person who answers won’t help except to say send us an email. The app sucks

Does not work

I created an account and I inputted my location as Alberta, however the app has my location set in Fredricton, I’m not sure why I tried on multiple attempts to correct it, however when I try to buy a bus pass, it defaults back to Fredricton, I deleted the app, it’s not worth it

Scam

Once you sign up so you can pay for parking they continue to charge monthly even if you don’t use the app or are not paying for parking. They make it difficult that cancel and it cannot be done through Apple Pay.
