Constant Connection Errors and Poor Customer Service
We paid for Hotstar, but after a while, every piece of content we tried to watch had a connection error. Reaching out to customer service was useless—they just kept saying, “give us some time.” Even after waiting 2-3 days, the issue was still there. They never fixed it. When the subscription ended, they were quick to deduct the money, but no extra days were given for the time we couldn’t use the service. If they’re not delayed in charging us, they should solve our issues immediately. I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option.
