Constant Connection Errors and Poor Customer Service
We paid for Hotstar, but after a while, every piece of content we tried to watch had a connection error. Reaching out to customer service was useless—they just kept saying, “give us some time.” Even after waiting 2-3 days, the issue was still there. They never fixed it. When the subscription ended, they were quick to deduct the money, but no extra days were given for the time we couldn’t use the service. If they’re not delayed in charging us, they should solve our issues immediately. I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option.
Popular language buttons doesn’t work
Search by language is not that great and the fact that the buttons in Popular languages not working makes it even worse.
Not helpful
I had paid November slight late on direct debit and December got paid on the day but was not able to access. 3 emails were sent but same reply automated one. Absolutely no way to contact them!!! Very poor communication

They want me to pay again every day I try to watch a show
Refunded without a question
I was on annual subscription & I just forgot to unsubscribe before it renewed. I contacted the customer support & I received a reply on same day saying it will be refunded.

Friday 21/06/2024 yeh rishta new episode drama hasn’t appeared on Hotstar.
New app is useless
Since they updated to the new app, users experience has been compromised. It doesn’t remember where a program was left at and doesn’t show under continue watching. Considering the subscription fee, this is not acceptable. A fix is necessary ASAP
Unable to download it to Amazon
I am unable to download this app to my amazon fire box. Previously I was using it, I did install to make some storage space. Now I am unable to download it
