Downloaded and subscribed, and it didn’t work. Sent an email to support and they couldn’t be bothered to reply. It’s been almost a month. Too many other options to be bothered with a company who can’t respond to an email. Keep the $1 y’all seem to need it more than me.
i tbh had a big hope for this app to be different bc i heard better things about it but it was not able to do what i wanted it to do. i was trying to add the songs on my youtube playlist to my apple music playlist so that i would be able to play without keeping my phone unlocked and still being able to be out of youtube yk. the only reason i was listening to the songs on youtube was because they aren’t on apple music because i’m guessing of copyright claims or such, but i was under the impression that this app (along with others…) would get past that problem but they didn’t. so i’m not sure if there is anyway to get around my problem without paying (… :/) but still this app was disappointing. and still what would be the point if the songs it only did were song available on apple music. i would get if it was a weird only on apple music and not on spotify but i would assume it could do more…. so overall again for the i think third time disappointed.
I purchased the premium version of the app before it turned into a subscription model and now I cannot restore my purchase and the developer has not answered when I’ve contacted them multiple times.
Paid the .99. Just not working. Connected to services fine, but errors on transfer attempt.
Subscribed and attempted to transfer a Spotify playlist to Apple Music. The playlist has 17 titles, the transfer had 7 with a lot of duplications. Cancelled.
Got this to transfer songs between Spotify and Apple Music. The App requires a subscription immediately without the option to try it. I loaded up my accounts and it shows 0 songs within all of my Spotify Playlists. This is a SCAM and does not do what is advertised. PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS SUBSCRIPTION!
99 cents to transfer and update playlists isn’t bad. However, it doesn't give you a free trial to see if it works, which is kinda shady but it was only 99 cents. This app is a scam. It won't transfer any of my playlists. Whenever I try to start a playlist transfer, it shows the playlist but ain’t sure the subs in it. Then it would just say “transfer error”. Absolute waste of .99 cents. I definitely think this app developer is a scammer as nobody who’s legit would have an app in the App Store that’s free to download but upon downloading are required to pay to even access the app or basic features. Basic features that were never intended to work since this app is a scam!
I paid outright for the app for full lifetime access, and they still want me to pay subscription. I’ve written customer service multiple times and I’ve provided my original iTunes App Store receipt with the same account same email and everything. I have yet to receive any response Apple you should ban these guys. This is becoming a pattern from developers more and more it’s unfortunate, because initially this was a some really awesome software.
Makes pay a dollar before even trying and all my playlists showed they had 0 songs
