This is a great app to use as individuals but I have purchased the plus plan and it still won’t give me the correct access even though it has been paid

I have been using the app for the last 2 years and worked great for me. Till today I went to put in some information and all the information I had the last 2 years was gone!

keeps crashing:/
Unfortunately I had to unsubscribe and find another app. I am SO upset becuase this app offered everything I needed, and now I can’t find another app like it that’s more reliable without the crashing.
App always glitches when trying to run invoices!
Always glitchy and never works when I need it to!
