Why when I pay for annual digital subscription, am I the last to get a magazine copy. It is already on supermarket shelves but I’m still waiting! I will NOT be renewing my subscription.
I’m due to renew but will decline because since the last 2 issues, and after a developer’s upgrade, you cannot view the magazine in a landscape option with the 2 consecutive pages opened las if you’re holding the magazine in your hand. It’s just become like a regular PDF file
Had this app for the past 4 years. Enjoyed it due to the interactivity of the online magazine. Since it has been updated, it’s basically a PDF version of the physical magazine. Also, I’ve lost all my downloads/ previous purchase starting February 2018. I am not willing to pay $3.99 for each magazine download that i already paid for. Very disappointing and will be unsubscribing.
I too have had issues trying to get my app to work. I pay for the digital subscription but my new iPad cannot restore. I have contacted the help desk at H&H and they cannot do anything I cannot get the subscription to work on my iPad. Terrible experience.
I expected more from this app. After I download an issue, why can’t I go back to the library? I have deleted the app and reinstalled it so I can read a new issue. Not acceptable.
On this latest update, once in an issue, there is no way to get back to the library, except by deleting the app and re-installing. Very frustrating.
On my recent purchases the library icon at the top left is gone and I am stuck in the magazine with no way to get back to the library. VERY frustrating.
Lately every time the monthly download should be available it is not. I restore purchases and went as far as erasing my iOS device and reinstalling the app as a new user however I am unable to download new magazines. This is unacceptable.
