Positivity
I’ve been using the app now for 6 months or more, I have found if I am feeling particularly worried about something or nervous about a situation I’ll listen to the audio for a few evenings in a row. Or even if I am feeling ok, but want to meditate just to relax after a busy day I’ll listen to one of the shorter audios and it helps me to feel more positive generally. I have also used the app for my 10 year old daughter to help her sleep, it definitely helped to relax her and be less anxious at nighttime. I highly recommend it!
