I can’t understand why the photos can’t be viewed in landscape by rotating the phone, like every other app since 2008.

Hey can you guys set up where you can slide to the next pic rather then getting off the pic onto the next one ? And also allowing side view(rotating phone)

Either because it’s a bug, or because it’s misrepresented. I’m checking out listings, and something that shows up on the map as being in Newmarket is actually somewhere closer to Detroit (Essex, Leamington, Chatham). That’s very off, and I don’t know if it’s a HouseSigma issue or if data is misrepresented by the listing agent. In other cases, an attached unit is listed as detached, or a condo town is listed as freehold. Need to be able to report these so they’re fixed or removed.

It’s the triple threat; easy to use, has the most data, and it’s free.

This is by far the greatest app when it comes to searching a property. Transparency is the key and that’s what you get. Key details, market, property value, you name it, it is all available.

Works great but would be really nice if they backfilled data beyond 2020!

I get the excessive logins may be an issue with TREB, but when I sign in with Google and then attempt to look at a property not in Toronto, it’s trying to get me to enter a user name and password. I literally *just* signed in with Google. Sorry, this isn’t worth it.

I have not found an easier to use app with more information about real estate…. I really appreciate it and will continue to use HouseSigma
