I don’t even know how a government allows them to do a day time robbery like this. After I paid 45$ and complete all the step I didn’t get a single trip for a month even I let open the app for more than 8 hours. No ones answer there phone no refund it’s clearly scam. Please everyone stay away from this so called company.

That’s waste money and time thay don’t have customers even not get 1 customers and thay don’t cancel my membership, I pay 2 months and now I cancel my Visa card for stop that’s payment

Didn’t get any ride since I subscribed about a month ago :(

I did a ride for 30 kms on the toll route and app stopped working in the middle and after reaching to the destination I didn’t look at the kilometers and got paid for only 5 kms where app stopped working and nobody listened to me ever since

Just stay away you will be good

No guarantee for getting paid enough while asking to many personal data for registration. Each part of your app design sucks, you had to offer something special to compete with the giants in the market.

They have only option to subscribe, if you want to unsubscribe then can’t do online, have to call them and wait for few days and then again call and do it regularly. Every time they have same questions and there is not any online system at their end which can show us their previous call records. Everyone says I will help this time but there is no one who comes back. Totally scam

I signed up for the HOVR driver app and purchased a subscription. After uploading all my documents and the receipt, they asked me to upload it again, even though they already had it. I've been contacting support every day for the last week, but I haven't received any help. I'm starting to wonder if they are a legitimate company or a scam. If you're a real company, please solve this issue! It's confusing that you charge subscription fees and still ask for receipts."

No ride request 😭

HOVR is a joke, if your in the GTA they will take your sign up money with no support or rides, just a FaceDrive with new lipstick, stay clear, the good reviews are just Drivers trying to drum up business.
