Does not show any useful information from my HP Jet fusion printer

Earning coins a waste of time

Be prepared to spend hours providing data to HP and collecting coins you'll never be able to spend because they don't stock up the printbeat store. EVERYTHING is ALWAYS out of stock. 👎

No real updates

This program has been horrible about getting push notifications to me about supply errors, paper jams, or really anything that requires immediate attention.

Great app.

Love it

Absolutely love the app. Along with print beat, i know exactly what’s going on when I’m out of the shop. Only suggestion would be to be able to preview the artwork that’s on the print job. It’s great app.

Doesn’t display any of my machines

sclark3100 on

It only tells me that I have “No connected devices”. I made sure that all of them are added to my site to which it shows them there but when I log in it shows nothing. If I log in via a web browser everything shows up.

Descent app...

Wish the app would save the job reports for a longer period of time, specially when printing a 7 color setup (color critical setup). Would be nice having some notes area to be saved/stored for a specific type of setup.... I understand of not saving every job ran, but the ability to tag certain setup for future troubleshooting, would HUGE beneficial... but it seems like it’s a long shot for now, but I’ve seen some nice improvements since I started using this app...

Cool

Neat app

New version not good

This latest update ruined this app. They removed the state button from the main screen so you have to go into the press specific screen to press another button to see it. In the press specific screen, they removed the sheets printed for our 30000’s and the linear feet and square feet printed for our 6800. HP cares about impressions; so, that is what they show. I care about output which they do not show now. Actually, after midnight, the data will show up in the graphs but, seriously, midnight!? Lots of pretty icons but poor function.

What more can you ask for. On the run real time information. Perfect!
