HP is a scam
as soon as the Samsung m2020 was rebranded to HP and the app was updated mobile printing became impossible. Advice to never buy HP printers as they only work with HP cartridges and stop working if they are half empty.
App crash with large photo album
App is crashing when selecting the recent ios photoalbum that contains 15000 photos. I just need the last taken picture and failure.
Drama
In de beginjaren was ik super tevreden. Het is nu een drama. De ene keer maakt ie wel contact met de, in mijn geval, C460 wel en steeds vaker niet!! Meestal als ik haast heb en geen tijd heb om eindeloos de sluiten en weer openen en/of te refreshen!! Kom maar op met een update aub!!!
Location to print?
Why does it need to know my location to print. This is ridiculous!
Needs location? Whyyyyy!
Only usable if you your location activated! That’s ridiculous the printer uses an ipadress and that’s the location. HP is collecting unnecessary private information! There is no option to use this app without your location activated. Give me back the previous version.
Needs my location!? Why??
Hate it that it needs my location to print to a printer with an up-adres. Even if I enter the ip-adres manually. Searching for another app……
What went wrong
This apps adds nothing to normal iOS printing. Just a lot of confusion
Error Wi-Fi or data connection
After the last update the privacy settings / location has to be turned on to connect to the printer.😡 It took me an hour to figger out the problem. Why??????? Please change it back.
Unfinished, crashing junk app
Ridiculous. How companies like Samsung and HP allow for crap like this to be served to their customers, unbelievable. It’s better to tell us customers that you are not able to create a proper working app with a decent user interface then to deliver this piece of ill thoughts and lack of quality for our frustrations. Thanks.
