Am not able view the salary icon.

Unable to toggle between photos and claims page. Keeps stalling.

Can’t use the app, what’s wrong with it?

I was not able to access my wellness benefits in this app for a whole month. It was finally fixed on 16 dec. Today, 18 dec, I can’t access it again and unable to view panel clinics or access medical card. When I write feedback I’m also unable to submit it. When I remove all the comments, I can then submit the empty feedback box.

I can’t log in to the app whereby Face ID is still loading

Unable to login if you don’t have FaceID or TouchID. Not every users has faceID or TouchID. Please enable login with password.

Error / clash is very often. When you wanna submit a claim, after you fill in everything, you find out there is an error; when you wanna write a feedback through the app, after you write everything, it doesn’t allow you; when you wanna send an enquiry through the app feature, after you write everything, there is always error! This is really frustrated. Hope this can be fixed soon. It would be great if we can retrieve our payslip/ request for payslip through the app.

Why app still prompt me it has detected security issues with the network And unable to log me in please help

This function is not working. I selected ‘on leave’ but it shows ‘working in office’ in the confirmation page.
