They’ll spam and keep spamming! Besides their app has barely any worthwhile features.
1. I received fresh debit card with incorrect pin 2. Tried 20 times but never got support 3. Mobile app us waste of technology and useless almost zero features 4. Call support has no control to resolve issue 5. NEFT will never settle before 1 hour , do at your own risk HSBC bank must be blacklisted in India due to pathetic service. One of most useless bank in India

I will not suggest anyone to open bank account in HSBC as their customer care service is so bad. My personal experience is that. I have tried to contact customer support 10 to 15 times since last two years but I have to wait for more than 20 minutes on an average to connect my call to executive or chat to connect to executives. I think for all over India they have very limited staff like 10-20 peoples to assist customers. Very pathetic service.

Easy to use without any issue
The app has significantly fewer features compared to other banking apps. It lacks the ability to see virtual cards, order cheque books, track cheques, order cards, and more. Overall, it has been a very bad experience so far. The chat option is also frustrating, as it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes to explain issues and get things done. It's annoying to have to reach out to customer support for small queries. This app needs to provide more features; otherwise, it is of no use.
Worst app and web application and customer support.still they are using early 2000 system to manage your account. You cannot mange your statements, accounts and credcard. Even to manage your add on credit card you have to use IVR. There is no opetions in app and website. Bakwass services. For salaried employees, you cannot use the app services for other aggregators. Like bajaj, housing finance or credit cards.
The app shows only last 4 digits of the card. The app should show all the credit card details such as card number, Expirey date & CVV so that even if you don't have the card handy you can still get it from the app. All the bank has this option.
