Total disappointment
Very lousy app. Very lagging. Can’t create account. Can’t reset password. Ask u contact service centre. Only work on Monday to Friday 9 to 5 and can’t solve problems even if u call.

Compared to AIA’s offering, this app has a loooooooong way to go before I would consider it as useful. This is my objective comment as I am a client of both insurance companies.

Worst app. My family and I are policyholders, Can’t register account for myself or my family members at all. Tried over a few months. Really lousy.
