HSBC Vietnam

I like HSBC and services but the one hugely frustrating thing is not being able to transfer funds from USD account to VND account outside back office hours (including all weekends and holidays) Other banks do it very easily. For an international bank this is quite amazingly poor Pls try and change this process

With the latest update - I lost ability to transfer from VND to USD account. Only USD->VND transfers are available. Global transfers disappeared too. App is pretty much useless now.

Still not have internet banking 24/7. Transfer cash after 3:00 pm will hold your money until the next working day :)

It would be great if we can add new payee via the app and make the transfer directly from the app instead of logging onto internet banking on a computer then add the payee. Very Inconvenient.

Chuyển tiền quá rườm rà, ko tự hiện tên tk nhận dù đã nhập số tk và ngân hàng, rồi lại còn hỏi lý do chuyển. Bực quá nên cứ nhận xong là mình chuyển hết tiền sang tk khác để sử dụng. Các chức năng khác do đó cũng chả thèm quan tâm nữa.

when I make a bank transfer order, someone would review and make the transfer several days later. it is a joke

Wtf? System upgrade so you prevent me to use your app? I need to use my money immediately, so please make it quick

Quá ít dịch vụ. Chuyển trả thẻ visa phải chờ đến 2 ngày làm việc. Không có thông báo biến động số dư tài khoản thanh toán.

I have been doing business with HSBC for nearly 10 years but am extremely disappointed with HSBC's credit card service. Because the card limit is quite low, I don't need to use it. I called the switchboard to request to block my card, but the staff informed me that my card was about to expire, so I could just use it until it expired. Near the card's expiration date, a staff member called me to receive the newly issued card, but I told her that I had no need to continue using it, so I did not accept the card. And finally, HSBC sent me a notice to pay the annual fee next year while my old card expired and I did not receive the new card! Everyone please be careful when dealing with HSBC!
