It keeps saying error in attachment/submission although I had stable connection and attached a normal photo

HSSE UAUC Mobile Application
To reduce the numbers of occupational hazards that might lead to serious injuries and to create a positive HSE culture, PETRONAS Group HSSE has introduced HSSE UAUC Mobile Application. Everyday workers are exposed to occupational hazards while carrying out their work. The safety of an organization is the responsibility of not just an individual, but it involves all parties in an organization. Through HSSE UAUC Mobile Application, it promotes the We Care culture where everyone contributes to the safety of their workplace.
HSSE UAUC Mobile Application also will be one of the inputs to analytic where the data gathered can be used in planning and executing the preventive actions that required to ensure the safety at the workplace.
HSSE UAUC Mobile Application provides an on the go tool to capture health and safety data to ensure compliance and to improve on-site safety. It is an extension for capturing the data apart from existing Upstream HSE Online system.
Through this mobile application, users are offered with the following features:
Submit their Unsafe Act, Unsafe Condition and Safe Observation report.
Get notified on the status of the submitted report.
Amend report that has been reverted by the endorser.

Utk memudahkan kepada semua pengguna myHSSE UAUC : Bahagian Company/Department tiada tempat untuk search . terpaksa cari satu satu . ia sngt menyukarkan . sebaiknya search dkt situ so pengguna boleh taip je nama company/Department masing masing .Hope ada penambahbaikan selanjutnya . SHR2024🙏🏻🤝
Cannot submit the report
Need improvement on this app. Whenever to submit the report always have a problem.

after update the latest one. always bug and error. fed up this system. please go digital like true digital. not just concept and principe
Un-sync data connection
No update for un-sync data after log-in. User can't acces write UAUC. Just appear search colume only.
Cannot use the app
When i logged it and choose my OPU, it prompted that sync data failed. I simply cannot use this app. Is this due to bug?
The date for reporting
>date for reporting only limited to last 7days. -for example. Today is 31/7/2020, I cannot report UAUC from 1/7/2020 - 23/7/2020 because reporting only limited to last 7days. -can you improve/add it..? -sometime I am working at remote area without internet connection, so I cannot report my UAUC. So then when I am at town and try to do reporting, I cannot fo reporting due to days limitation.
app i didn’t realize i need
when my superior ask to complete the my uauc for the month, i can do it before stroke of midnight on 31st............at my hotel......in jakarta.......in the toilet
