Elke dag een pleuris stroring. Tram komt nooit optijd veels te hoge prijzen

Echt een hele goede app hoor HANDIG
Oude App beter
Vind deze app niet beter dan oude. Kan er niet aan wennen
Kinderdagkaart blijkbaar op datum
Onduidelijk dat het kinderticket geldig was op de datum van aankoop (stond bij dat hij nog geactiveerd moest worden). Hierdoor drie kaartjes voor niks gekocht ..
Verslechtering nieuwe HTM app
De oude app was veel beter deze gaf de dichtstbijzijnde locatie aan bij de nieuwe app niet en veel omslachtiger Advies bouw deze oude functie ook in de nieuwe app
OV geen goed alternatief
Voor het eerst sinds tijden weer eens het plan opgevat om met de HTM te reizen. Toch maar even de planner erbij gepakt. Blijkt de ene na de andere rit vervallen door een storing. Laat dus maar weer. Ik ga wel met de auto.
Moeilijk
Ik vind het zoeken ingewikkeld geworden. De vorige app was veel simpeler Met vriendelijke groet, Margreet mulder

Vreselijk omslachtig geworden honderd dingen typen vorige app was veel toegankelijker.
Bezwaar
Ik zie persoonlijk geen efficiënt motief achter het veranderen van de oude app. Als je nou intendeert de app te verbeteren, ga eerst eens na of het verbetering nodig heeft. Dit is zo onwijs onoverzichtelijk, schrikbarend. Pf.
