Great way to track City of Houston trash/recycle, etc. Only been using a short time but has been kept updated consistently. I applaud and appreciate all the hard work that is done by City employees!! With all the storms, winds and debris I'm amazed at how quickly trash/trees/fences have been picked up. Great job!!! I've seen trucks out in the evenings and on weekends picking up all the extra debris! GREAT job to all the men and women who work so hard! My hat's off to y'all!! Thank You!!!!!

I’ve made several reports of trash & recycling not being picked through this app. I called in today after another no service day, and none of the reports I’ve made through app were even reported!

Thank you City of Houston Workers 🙏 I like the apps very helpful, I am appreciate whoever thinks about, this is one of the big change 🙏 from Long time , The past Majors I am very Disappointed with them , Sorry to mention this.
