Helpful App!

The medical literature is scattered with the importance of daily mindfulness for health but little concrete information of how to do it. This app may lead you to a practice that will help to open your heart and mind. It is a part of my daily spiritual practice and has expanded my imagination, love of life and sense of wonder and adventure. It is a gift that is yours to try.

Christians do NOT use this app

This is ungodly in the eyes of Jesus Christ. Don’t be fooled by this new age movement stuff. Stick to your regular bible apps. If you’re a Christian looking for an app just get the “watch ISN” App. This has nothing to do with Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit.

Needs Attention

Please fix the audio.. I have an IPad and would love to hear the HU, ... and then share this app with others.

Beautiful graphics but.....

....the sound doesn't work! PLEASE fix! Update: have uninstalled and reinstalled, twice. Still no sound. Using iPhone 6, iOS 9.1.

Bring back the pure sound please.

While the woman singing is quite musical, she is distracting. She makes it more a performance than a contemplation. Instead of losing myself in the HU, I find my mind wondering, “what will she do next?”.

Listening to the HU as I fall asleep at night, provides relaxing sleep aide and enhances my dreams.

Uplifting

Singing HU with the App or just listening to it while I drive or at work helps me to detach from all the chaos in the world and my world too! It opens my heart and uplifts my consciousness. I like that it is a word for everyone to use no matter your religious or non religious beliefs, age, or culture. It is a gift that has changed my awareness. Searching for it was difficult. It doesn’t show up just searching HU. I wonder why?
