I like the watch but the app takes up 36 GB after a few days.

I like the watch, but it sometimes erases my data

This will sometimes sync data with my iPhone and sometimes not. I also have to reset some of the settings every time I charge the watch. I do like how long the battery lasts and the watch itself is great. It just doesn’t actually allow me to fully track my heath data in either the Apple Health app or the HuaWise app.

The app stopped working and I can’t open the app it’s really frustrating

How can I receive text notifications? I can’t thank you !!

Like the watch but it’s taking too much storage on phone. Once I delete the app and reinstall it, it’s fine. But then in a few days it does the same thing. So this is so annoying. May return watch because of this

I have had my watch for about 2 years now. And it just never seems to work. At the time I am typing this it is daylight savings time and my watch doesn’t connect to the time however, my sisters does. Please fix this feature and allow it to connect

Time format

I got as far as the user information screen, then it had no other “confirm” or “done” buttons to press. It just stayed there. I finally uninstalled it after an hour of waiting.

Argh! How can I get customer support when I can’t get beyond the initial biometrics page?!
