Purchased the Hubble dream+ suite. Broken out of the box, Hubble hasn’t sent a replacement in 2 months. Customer service for Hubble is quite poor. App is pretty useless and crashes all the time anyways.
Is crap! Goes off line everyday! It’s 20ft for the router! Don’t buy one!
Love that the HubbleClub app lets me manage all my Hubble products in one place. I have the Deluxe twin and the Eclipse soother and I don’t need to switch between different apps! The feed from the cameras are great and love the additional tracking tools as well.

Pretty decent picture quality for little cameras. I like that it has the ability to zoom in and out, as well as to somewhat pan the area. Had some connectivity issues and had to return/exchange the set a few times but it has been working pretty consistently since.
Just an awful camera. So many bugs, not sure where to begin with. Resolution sucks, poor controls, random disconnections, incorrect temperature alerts, difficulty switching between portrait and landscape modes etc. Limiting you to see your baby only via two devices, and for more you need a premium subscription. Sometimes you are connected only by one device but it says that you are connected to two, forcing you to disconnect from the only connected device (or pay for premium). And, the company behind it doesn’t seem to care that it sucks. No apparent attempts to make it better, and I’ve been using this thing for almost a year. My other $30 camera bought of Amazon is way better than this one. Regret that I didn’t return it when I had a chance. Stay away.
This has been a disaster from day one. My camera gave out before we could even use it and it took them over 6 months to replace, customer service and warranty company are incompetent and careless. The temperature reading is unreliable and if the power goes out the app takes days to reconnect to the camera. I honestly can’t think of a single good thing to say. The parent unit image is terrible and the unit dies quickly. You can’t share app access without spending more money. I bought it specifically because my husband works out of town and wanted to be part of bedtime but we refuse to give this trash company even more money so it’s not even providing the access we bought it for. So many features require extra money for an already decently expensive product.

Very easy to use. Easy setup. Good video and good distance. Would recommend this product.
