Hassle-free experience! they wasted my time! I followed their instructions for two hours, and now I'm on the fifth day of my holiday without any resolution. I asked for a refund, but the company keeps asking me to go through the same steps repeatedly. I'm really frustrated with them now.
Tried while on holiday in Sharm-El Sheikh in Egypt. Proved to be wasted money, time and effort. There are better eSIM providers around and I would strongly recommend alternatives.
Bought an eSIM for Europe. Followed instructions before and after arrival in France. Unable to access apps or internet unless I use wifi. Asked for a refund, got lots of additional pointers which I also tried with no effect. Told it’s because I’ve used up the data already which is a joke because I’ve had no access to anything let alone been able to use it up! The assistants Mari and then Christine have both abandoned the help chat without any resolution for me except to buy more data. Why would I part with more money when I’ve received nothing for my first payment?!?! Theft, that’s what I call this.
I used it in turkey for 10 days. Extremely easy to use and cheaper than WiFi at the hotel. Pleased to see that I got to keep the data I didn't use. So I can use it on our next holiday.
A great app if anything was to go smoothly. Unfortunately, on this occasion went completely the wrong way and even after dictating an extremely simple solution, seemed to have a “bot” like response. After three days into my foreign break decided to throw the towel in. Whilst I see lots a great feedback, I’m yet to experience mine and have now moved to a different solution.
Because of poor instructions to connect, I unknowingly ended up still on my normal data provider and being charged for it.
No easy
Far to complicated to set up. I gave up in the end.
Hitting issues with trying to hotspot so my partner can also have WiFi… nope. When also tried to ask for help just a load of automated responses. Stressful and will not use again.
