Account has been suspended for no reason

Seriously???

Your account has been suspended… before I had the chance to use it?

Recommended by a friend, I downloaded the app and registered. After the registration was completed, the app asked for my location (Tokyo) and crashed. A pop up window appeared: ´Your account has been suspended’… Is this application illegal in Japan? I also subscribed for the 1 week trial. Needless to say, I canceled the subscription right away. Is this a bug or what happened here..?

- Keeps spamming me with notifications saying lies like “You’re profile is hot!,” or “Welcome to HUD!” as if I never used the app. - Very limited pool of users in Japan. - Promotes a free trial, but actually points me to buy a full subscription immediately. (There is no free trial.) - Currently promoting 3 months for a total of 2,700 JPY, and yet trying to accept the deal is attempting to charge me full price. What a rip off. - You can’t see the text you type when trying to contact support.
