My only complaint is that I will get a random notification saying that whichever machine I am using is 1 minute from being done when it is not even close to being done.

I love having the app but when I pay for a dryer it charges me the full amount and then tells me it’s only a partial vend and the proceeds to take another .50 and I have to load more money than what I need to help compensate for that extra .50 from the dryer yall should look into this so we don’t get charged double or have to reload funds so much

The app is very glitchy and does not work to add money to card, scan the QR code on the machines, or tell how much time is left on machine.

Cant even log in because of some software code error. Restarting/reinstalling the app doesn’t work

I love this app and the $5 bonus you get when you spend $20 and above is a plus 😌!

The app works fine, but if you have an issue with the funds loaded, there is no way to contact anyone and no way to get into disable your own account

I am a little confused with the app. When I start a machine I see a message about how much reward credit I will receive back when I make my payment. I have seen credit applied on one occasion but certainly not as often as I see the message about it. Can anyone tell me when this reward credit actually applies?

Tried two cards both of which work elsewhere and haven’t been able to get it to work after that first time. Logged out, logged back in. Tried different wifi. Nothing.
