Couldn’t even sign in
Ran into an error where I couldn’t get the verification code to work. It would send a code but the app does not recognize it. Couldn’t get past it. Am booking Avis or Sixt - no choice. Their app at least works.

You, as a part of our community, will have access to Hawaii's largest network of shared vehicles, including 170 cars, trucks and SUVs at 65 locations across Oahu. Find us in neighborhoods like Waikiki, Ala Moana, Kakaako, Manoa, Downtown Honolulu and Kaimuki.
How Hui Works:
RESERVE - Open the Hui app and select the location, date and time for your reservation. Then, view available vehicles near you.
DRIVE - During an active reservation, your smartphone becomes your digital key to unlock and lock the vehicle. Push to start and off you go!
RETURN - Park your vehicle in its reserved spot at the station location where you picked it up. Lock the vehicle and end your reservation. Your account will automatically be billed for the time you booked.

App doesn’t work at all
I couldn’t signup to the app, it kept looping and charging my credit card over and over. Total nightmare to rent a car, don’t use these guys or even try to download the app if you need to rent a car.
Super convenient with great customer service
Such a nice and convenient app to use. Support is super helpful and quick to respond as well!
Useless App from Toyota
Booked a car in the early morning, we walked over there with a baby and car seat and only found two big cars but not ours. Tried to cancel but they will charge you the full reservation first before reimbursing you. What an useless app from Toyota!

I’m so grateful my husband and I found this app/service! So easy to use and doesn’t break the bank.
Bad support and dirty cars
Support is very unhelpful and unwilling to fix issues. I have used this service for years and the cars have always been dirty and i have been willing to overlook that because previously support was helpful. However it seems that times have changed. Do not recommend, Turo is way better and more accommodating.
Wants too much info before showing me anything
I am not going to give out my credit card info until I’ve seen anything that makes this app seem like a legitimate business. Can’t see any cars for rent or even if there are any nearby until I’ve given out literally all of my personal information. That’s absurd.
