I contacted suoport almost a week ago to say that I didn't mean to sign up for one year, sent a minute after it happened. I have also send a follow up email. I have not heard anything other than an acknowledgement email.

Most of the functionality is locked until you pay extra on top of the subscription. Details hidden in the fine print of course.
Not transparent!
I bought the year subscription thinking I’d have so much fun with it but it keeps making me look completely different, different ethnicities and I’ve only used it twice and have “reached the limit”?!?! There is nowhere that informs what my subscription actually entails and it says I have to pay MORE just to do more attempts even though they have all been so terrible or converted the wrong image that I provided. Wouldn’t recommend

Can’t customise and everything is irrelevant
NOT HAPPY
I am not happy at all. This charged me and then I still could barely customise anything. It scammed my money and the app was horrible. Wish I could get a refund. I do not recommend downloading this app.
Scam
I never leave reviews, but I want everybody to know that this is a scam they give you a discount of $19.99 for the year for only access and then after your first video, they start charging you by the video completely undisclosed and completely unprofessional. They should not be allowed to do business. A total scam
Scam Apple needs to remove these scamming apps
Not offering a free trial should have been my first clue that this app is a scam. You pay a subscription and you only get one video a week or one photo or whatever. I will be reporting this app to Apple and hopefully they remove it, even though Apple seems to allow scammers, i’m going to report it anyway, since the reviews are so bad maybe Apple will finally remove it.

Terrible AI and you only get 6 photos for $10 then they want you to pay for more pics
Scam
If only I could give 0 star , I paid for subscription and tried to make the video , guess what? Nothing came up , it keeps saying video is generating and it’s been 2 days wtf😒 I want my money back ! Immediately, I can provide screenshots, nothing got generated for me
I feel scammed
I couldn’t generate anything until a purchase. No trial. After purchase, I generated 1 video that didn’t look like me. I went to generate another and use a different photo, though the first one was an excellent professionally taken face forward image, and it said I reached my limit. You only get 1 video a week despite if they got it wrong. There are options to purchase additional videos on top of the original purchase, which feels so deceiving and slimy.
